Three Ways to Resolve A Conflict
This week, we’re tackling conflict resolution. We refer to this process as a “clearing” and perhaps there’s someone in your group that you need to have a clearing with.
Though the WIT approach is centered around Jung’s concept of shadow work,
this brief TED Talk by leading mediator and Project Manager, Dr. Dorothy Walker, on the steps to resolving any conflict, is relevant to all approaches, I judge.
Doing clearings is an important part of keeping our containers safe and, though we’ll only be dedicating this week’s calls to them, remember that you can always reach out to any participant you feel you have a charge against to clear the air. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that on your own, please reach out to a facilitator about scheduling a mediated clearing!
