What does a WIT Program look like?

We work with each participant to help define their own personal programs.  We believe in helping people set themselves up for success. Defining what the real commitments are is a big factor.

We work on life behaviors that have resisted other attempts at change.  Each person's program is unique, and we help figure out what works for you. We then work together to “operationalize” your program in a way that you and the rest of the group can know with 100% accuracy that you have completed your commitments.

Through the accountability and support of the 90-day group, people come away with a feeling of integrity, confidence and amazing results in a short period of time.

WIT Mission Statement

Whatever It Takes is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve life goals in high-accountability groups.

Participants

  • Create realistic programs of change
  • Commit to being accountable
  • Challenge limiting beliefs and habits
  • Celebrate success

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does it cost?

    The program cost is $400.

    Scholarships are available if needed.

  • When are the programs?

We offer 3 program cycles in Winter, Spring and Fall. Each program cycle is 90 days.

  • How big is a group?

Most groups are about 8 to 12 people, and the maximum group size is 16.  For groups at or near 16 people, we make more frequent use of breakout rooms.

  • What is the time commitment to the program?

We have weekly meetings that are 90 minutes (at the time you selected). Another aspect of the program is daily phone calls, to support and ensure accountability. These phone calls can be as quick as 1 minute.

  • How long has Whatever it Takes been running?

Whatever It Takes began in Indianapolis, Indiana in September of 2000 in a face-to-face meeting framework.

Whatever it Takes has had hundreds of participants from all over the world who have benefited from this powerful process by making REAL and CONCRETE changes in their lives.

  • What are the requirements to join?

The program is open to ALL. Participation is conditioned, though, upon the ability and willingness to:

    1. Attend 1 ½ hour weekly video conference for the duration of the 13 week cycle. Up to two (2) absences are permitted. If one knows that their schedule would not permit regular participation, they may not participate in the cycle.

    2. Make daily individual phone calls with a Whatever it Takes buddy as required.

    3. Tell the complete truth about one's personal goals and commitments during the program.
