Overcoming $100K in Debt
I did a WIT cohort in 2014 and one of the legs was to get my financial house in order. While working on that, I managed to negotiate the debt (which was mostly on high-interest credit cards) so I could make manageable payments and get the interest rate reduced or eliminated.
I also had to deal with a related IRS tax debt and was able to make an Offer in Compromise (a possibility I discovered during the 2014 WIT cohort) so I could get this debt handled as well.
It was a long process, and I don't know if I could have done it without the support of my WIT brothers lo those many years ago.
The best part about this, even though COVID which created a massive issue for me with income, I was able to keep up with my debt and work with the various creditors when roadblocks came up. Again, all thanks to the work I did on that one leg of my 2014 WIT experience.
About a week ago, I paid off the very last of that [$100,000] debt!!! Saying this on paper brings tears to my eyes.
Do the WIT folks. It is extraordinary and can be used not only to solve big issues in one's life, but to also build something new and better.

Spiritual Practices
The most important project in my life is to align my life to my inner truth, and that is a long-term process that requires integrity, determination and consistency; which historically were not easy for me to practice.
WIT is the best tool/process that I have found thus far that helps me keep on track towards becoming who and what I am called to become. For me it is about habit building and keeping my word almost regardless of what and how I feel (or don't feel); in other words: WIT is my way of living in integrity no matter what.

Creating Habits
The WIT Program has enabled me to make progress on creating habits to improve my sleep, maintain a healthy weight and improved my disposition through twice daily meditations.
More importantly through WIT I have connected with a group of men who sustain me. Before, during and now after Covid I have been blessed by two daily calls: one from my heart man, who listens to me and reflects back on my comments only with my permission; and another I make to have the privilege of listening to a man speak his truth about his WIT program, his feelings and his life.

Co-ed Group Growth
I am deeply appreciative of WIT. I plan to continue to show up to do the work and reap all the life benefits.
I would encourage any woman who is seeking to make some changes in her life and would benefit from doing so in the presence of a warm, supportive accountability group, to consider signing up now.

Daily Support Calls
WIT serves me as a tool to help me stay on track with what I want to accomplish.
The regular phone calls in WIT are often a bright point of my day when I feel truly heard and in hearing others I learn and grow.
In doing WIT I have taken big strides in accountability, staying on track, and doing what I say I want to do or will do.
WIT has turned out to be a supportive community that I did not know I was looking for.

Healthy Lifestyle
I read the books, have taken the trainings, and have watched the videos but my experience in the WIT Program is where the rubber hit the road.
With clear, caring, and sustained support and accountability I lost weight, and now live a healthier eating lifestyle. I am also working out on a regular basis and have organized important aspects of my life.
More than anything else, my time in WIT helped me more deeply embrace the value and power of keeping one's agreements. WIT has been my best investment of time and money in terms of self-care.

Improving Relationships
Important areas of my life that I've largely ignored for years--relationships and engagement in fun activities--are finally moving! The combination of achievable weekly goals, daily calls to provide support and focus, and a weekly group meeting to hold me accountable is a magic formula. Thank you, WIT!!

Achieving Goals
Participating in WIT allowed me to achieve goals and incorporate new habits alongside others, which I learned makes all the difference. I am a huge believer in accountability now!

Value of Support
As a guy, I was taught to do everything by myself with no help from others because that’s what “real men” do. WIT taught me (and keeps teaching me) the value of support and leaning in on others. Now I am able to accomplish more things and it feels easier to do! Who knew!
