Staying the Course

Does your program have a compass? Sailors know the critical importance of having one at all times. A compass provides reliable direction, especially in fog, storms, or at night when visual landmarks are absent.
For some of you, this cycle has been smooth sailing so far. You’re working your plan, leaning into your dyad calls, and keeping steady. For others, your program may feel a bit foggy or even stormy.
If you identify more with the second group, maybe now’s the time to find your compass. Reflecting on and writing down why you created your legs in the first place can be a powerful tool to get you back on track. Maybe you’re struggling because you lost sight of your destination. Remembering why you started this journey may help you reset and find new motivation to stay the course.
And never forget that you’re not alone in the boat. Seek the wisdom of the group to keep you afloat!
