Staying Sharp

As we approach the last third of our summer cycle, we invite you to take a deeper look into what’s been working and not working with your programs.
At this point in the cycle, if our program is not running on all four cylinders, we can become fatigued, anxious to finish, and/or bored. Shadow tends to rear its (sometimes) ugly head and tempt us to take our foot off the gas and lose sight of the road ahead of us.
As we go into this next week, hold the following five questions in front of you:
- What is the core outcome I was looking to achieve when I created my program?
- How does where I am now compare to that vision?
- What, if anything, could I have done differently to better design my program?
- What shadow(s) should I be on the lookout for over these next few weeks and how can I lean into the group and my dyad partners for greater accountability around them?
- If my program is going smoothly, what do I need to be aware of to stay sharp?
Setting aside some time to journal about these questions or discuss them with your dyad partner over the next couple of weeks will be a helpful tool to keep you on track, bring a fresh pair of eyes to your progress, and refocus on the road ahead.
Here’s to finishing strong!
