This week, we are looking at resentment and resistance. We often experience resistance as a negative, but what if we were able to take it as an opportunity to dig a little deeper instead?

Author and business strategist, Melinda Wells, shares her provocative deep dive into the idea of resistance, and how by embracing resistance, we can realize positive change.

Change is difficult for many reasons and Wells does a great job of presenting the good that can come out of the hard.

We hope this will help you as we come towards the end of the cycle!

Lastly, we wanted to announce that
registration is now open for the Bridge and Summer Cycle! The Bridge/Taste of WIT begins Sun., 4/24, and the Summer Cycle begins Mon., 5/23. We hope to see you there!
