Forest for the Trees

Looking up through evergreen branches toward the sun

Our spring cycle is nearing the end and we’d like to use this time to reflect on where we started and where we are now. Sometimes, we can lose the forest for the trees, especially if we find ourselves with a tank or two under our belts or feeling a bit uninspired by our progress.

We hope you’re one of the folks who has had a buoyant experience with your program, but if you’re feeling a bit dissatisfied this week, we invite you to reflect on the following questions to get some perspective:

  • What is the core outcome I was looking to achieve when I created my program?
  • Was this goal realistic?
  • How does where I am now compare to that vision?
  • What, if anything, could I have done differently to better design my program?
  • What did I like about my program?

Our own progress can be hard to track, so we encourage you to lean into your dyad partner this week to process your experience in an honest and gracious way.
